Gary Hofer<\/strong>
\nGary leitet \u2013 immer mit dem Blick f\u00fcrs Wesentliche \u2013 die Projekte. Dabei greift er auf die Erfahrung aus unz\u00e4hligen Realisierungsvorhaben zur\u00fcck, und nutzt seinen umfassenden Business-Background daf\u00fcr, dass von Anfang an alles rund l\u00e4uft und am Ende das Richtige herauskommt. Er arbeitete unter anderem bei XIOS Corp., Toshiba und zuletzt bei Microsoft, wo er f\u00fcr die Sparte Small & Medium Enterprises verantwortlich zeichnete.<\/p>\n

Christian Hidber<\/strong>
\nChristian \u00fcbernimmt die Parts \u201eSoftwarearchitektur\u201c und \u201eEntwicklungskonzeption\u201c. Seine Schwerpunkte liegen bei .Net, Machine Learning und Cloud-Computing, wo er gerne auch selbst Code produziert. Christian studierte Mathematik und Informatik und doktorierte an der ETH Z\u00fcrich. Er arbeitete als Postdoc am International Computer Science Institute in Berkeley, Kalifornien. Aktuell wendet er Reinforcement Learning in der Industrie auf die Simulation von hydraulischen Systemen an, im Kontext eines Produktes mit 7000+ Installation in 40+ L\u00e4ndern. Christian spricht auf internationalen Konferenzen zu Machine Learning Themen.<\/p>\n
